I fall in love with this place every time I visit this spot. Love the food ambience and the friendly staff. Ferro lavish is my all time favourite while the new cheese cake lavish is also yummy. Will make regular visits to this wonderful place. Hope they can arrange a good parking spot though.Their fish and chips is also delicious 😍😘❤

I love the cosy atmosphere that this place provides along with a simple but delicious menu! The ambiance is perfect to catch up with friends and the staff quite friendly.

I've tried their Signature Burger with a Strawberry Cocoa Lavish, and Waffles with Chicken and Cappuccino and I love how everything tastes. Got to try their Ferraro Lavish and Cheesecake Lavish too and everything was good

Great place to hang out. Very cozy and the food tastes good. However when it comes to coffee, I think it could be improved a bit more for the price you pay.Had a good time. A wonderful place with good food and beverages with variety of choices. It's a great place for you to be with your loved ones while enjoying the delightful tastes of your wish. The service is so good, even the food will be brought to you within half an hour or less. You can see how they prepare your beverage, which is so cool to watch.
I've been here mostly for dinner, and the lighting during night is very comforting. Nevertheless their catchy backgrounds and structures sure does makes one start taking pictures.

Good location. There is ample parking. The place looked deserted in the mornings with not more than two or three diners in. the seating is upstairs and decor looks nice. The order for food have to be placed downstairs and the cashier laid out a weird rule that they will send the food up but i will have to fetch the drinks by myself from downstairs.
However the waiter brought both the food and the drinks up, so i guess its fine. But its something weird to say.

Food and the coffee was simply great. Nothing to complain.

A very nice place to hang out with your friends. Pretty chill too. Y'all can do everything from chit chatting gossips to your assignments. The price is also very reasonable considering the quality they offer.

The place is located on the barnes st busy junction, We visited Tea avenue on a Sunday morning for breakfast, A very pleasant place to go have a quick bite sit down read books. We had an American Breakfast (Rs.960), Vegetarian lasagna(Rs.850)and Earl grey tea (Rs.450). The American Breakfast was considerably good, the lasagna was also good but the ketchup on top was a turn off. We felt the tea was over brewed as it tasted a little bitter. Overall fairly good place for a cup of coffee or Tea. A nice place to chill and read a book while you sip on a cup of Tea.

Must be the best tea house in Colombo. Delicious food and friendly staff should be the highlighted features of this place.

Restaurant decorations and colour theme provides good environment to anyone who wants to have a coffee after work and relax.

Food is not bad and there is a good choice as well. iced coffee is good, can get a bit noisy when busy, but otherwise its all calm and quiet. the place is good. Have a private room for casual meetings and stuff. Good place to hang out!

Convenient location. Good for hanging out. Lunch is mediocre at best. Try their Ferrero Lavish and cakes. Has cards and games but some board games haven't been maintained well.

Food wasn't that great. Expected better for the price in Colombo. They have several "Reserved" signs on tables preventing them being used, yet they definitely aren't reserved for actual customers! Toilets need improvement.

Out of the 3 waffles (spicy tuna, pol symbol and egg, and chicken) chicken was my favourite. It had a good filling for a lower price. (Priced around Rs.600-700)
The English breakfast was good too. The drinks are okay. Ferroro Lavish is a must try.

Other than a slight delay and getting the orders mixed up(only happened this time, have been there before), the place and food are good.

Great place for the friends and family to hangout. There's a modern and elegant vibe to the setting. The Ferrero Lavish we ordered was overly sweet and costed 890/- and couldn't finish because of the high level of sweetness which they cannot control when prepping.
Even the double chocolate cheesecake was too much sweet for my liking even though I have a sweet tooth. They served us the Frappe without the whipped cream which we additionally paid for and after we inquired they took the drink back to put whipped cream on top. All in all apart from the small drawbacks, the place was quite nice and enjoyable.

This place saved our life! We arrived in Colombo late in the night and Tea avenue was the only open cafe: an oasis in the desert. We came in with zero expectations but it really surprised us!!!
The teas are super nice and their signature burger is something special.
It's manager is young and very kind.
Definitely recommended

Nice place to have a chat with friends and loved ones. Place is more suitable for tea, beverages. Food is delicious but over priced. You can book an entire room and enjoy your time with friends. They have parking and place is not so crowded in weekdays.

Out of all the coffee cafes. This is my top 3. Why because the service is amazing. Their food is just amazing. Prices are very reasonable. A nice place. No problem with car parking unlike other places.

Wonderful place. Opens early in the morning and it's quite and peaceful. Good selection on the breakfast menu to order from. I especially love the waffle with egg and pol sambol. Price is quite decent based on the quality of the food.

Lovely place and ambience The food was great ( spaghetti) except for the waffles..the peach iced tea and hot chocolate and cream were just as good.. I would recommend to ask for extra ice along with the iced tea..overall..great experience 👍👍👍
