I didn't stayed a night in this place, just paid a visit to check out the place and prices.

There are 10 caravans scattered in a big grassy park with full of big trees giving plenty of shade from the harsh sunlight of Anuradhapura. Each caravan parked in fenced platforms and covered by a steel roof. All of them have A/C hot water bathrooms and some tables and chairs. There are separate dining areas in a two storied hall and underneath the shades of massive tumeric tree in the centre of the garden. Although this is bordered to the Malwathu stream (oya), you cant get a good view of it.

Prices are comparatively cheap. They charge you for the caravan and food/beverages has to be bought separately from restaurant. They dont sell liquor but do not charge corkage.

Good for people who like to live one step closer to the nature.

Excellent and brand new experience of real caravan life. Good place for escape from busy life!
I visited there with my family for a holiday. The first impression was amaizing as the tamarind tree gives the cool and first view. You will get exited with the caravan as some of them are still fylly functuoning. Food is very cheap but the menu does not have much choices.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Do not forget to bring some food for bbq which you can make ur own bbq as they'll provide the bbq machine free of charge!

Good to get new experience for a low budget. Calm and quiet environment. Friendly staff. But caravan was bit dusty. Bathroom is not that good. Water is not draining.

It's a totally great experience for a family! Kids love to be there. Free Wi-Fi is available. Calm and quiet place for people who love such environment. Natural trees also kept along with caravans. Very peaceful isolated location. Walking distance from Anuradhapura railway station. Restaurant is only for guests and can be customized your meals as you wish. Very helpful staff. The greatest holidays I've spent outside my home.
