  Nearest place to reach srimahabodiya. triple room Non Ac room cost 4000/= but the facilities are poor. R 28 room the door lock is also not safe, not a dustbin, 3 beds but only 2 mosquito nets. plug point is also not working. we complained regarding the plug point because we want to charge the mobile. they said "please go another Rest house, we spend only 200/= for the room cleaning". Really bad experience & cruel staff.

  The nearest and best place to stay when we worship Jaya Sri maha Bodhiya and Ruwanveli saya. Comfortable and clean rooms with affordable rates.

  Walking distance from Jayasrimaha Bhodi and Ruwanweli seya. This is a huge plus, specially during poya days. Otherwise it's an avarage "pilgrim rest".
  
  If your stay in the city is spiritually motivated this is one of the best places to spend the night as you will be able to access both Ruwanweli seya and Bodhi tree by foot. (seya stays open till 10pm for the general public)

  Rooms are not clean with lot of mosquitoes, so keep a mosquito repellent with you. Worth for the price as it is situated walking distance from Sri Maha Bhodin Wahanse.
