Extremely poor service. Take very long time for a full service and staff is not friendly (Specially people who are in the enterance). During the full service ,vehicle inspection is not satisfied. Even they were not identified the wear break pads.But painting team is doing a very good service.

Took significantly long time to finish.The Forman is one of the best persons they have. Most of the workers are friendly but bit slow. Space is not adequate and bit crowded sometimes. Mr paint take some time to finish the job but quality wise not bad. Customer rest area is small but convenient. They have small canteen.
Girls in the MagCity think they are descendent from the owner. Really annoying. Sometimes they call you for a review before hand over the vehicle..
so better take second opinion before choose.

I went to clean the interior and polish the windscreen (with an exterior wash). The windscreen polishing was done in a very professional manner. However interior cleaning was not that impressive. They did a good job considering my car had lots of dust from a construction site. But I would recommend this place anyone in Kandy.

Quality of the job depends on, from whom you get the job done. Not all are good at their job. Mr.Nishshanka is the best person around. Once you talk to him and tell your problem, it's done, even if it does not belong to his division. There are more others in separate divisions such as Damian in the painting section. Almost all the employees are very friendly and it also depends on how you interact with them. Everybody always tried to do their best for me. I'm very happy.

Got to around while the repair or service is going on Or else there is always some problem after. Once when I checked the oil levels it was almost 1/2 of what it has to be. Then after a brake pad replacement, while I was traveling the brakes got binded. So I think over all this is a very average place to get a service or repair done. Never trust what they say. Please be around

Engine repaires should only be done with Mr. Nishshaks' supervision.
Body and iteror cleaning is inefficient snd very expensive.

Vehicle service saltation. Their quality of service differs depending on the person you get. Sometimes I have experienced bad service done to my vehicle. They over charge on Spareparts. But offers reasonably fair service compared to other places in Kandy.
