Being a person who enjoy food rather drinks.. Will share some thing about food.. They have hot batter mushroom plate which is excellent.. Omlet also fabulous choice as well as French fries plate is super fine.. Not a fan of the rice and kotthu plate. There was a time we loved sea food kotthu but not the current one.. Great view and nice surroundings to chill.

Good drinks, nice environment. But the service can be better.
Recommend gettin a table inside rather than out, service is much quicker inside.

I'm happy to have found this dive bar. I feel privileged to have found a lakeside bar with 600/- pitchers during the time I'm writing this review. It is 100% locals but they all keep to themselves.
I was not impressed by the time it takes to make a hot buttered cuttlefish - more than enough time to get wasted before the food arrives. The cuttlefish, however was definitely worth the wait.
There is no music outside and one of the tables nearby brought a speaker which I thought was a good idea.

I was skeptic before I went there, but I was pleasantly surprised by the establishment. A decent amount of parking is available, and it's located on the edge of Diyawanna lake, which brings about a relaxing aura. The dishes were fairly priced, and unlike many places I've been to, you're served generous portions on them.

It's a really chill place to have a beer with your friends.
Keep in mind that this is not a fancy place in any way, so don't expect to impress anyone.
You basically get what you pay for; which basically means cheap beer and mediocre service.

The place was nice and clam since it's located besides of the Diyawanna oya. But can't be satisfied with the service and food. Even thy didn't provide paper serviettes

Awesome place to hangout with friends if you're on a budget. Booze is cheap, food is pretty good and there is also a pool table for additional entertainment. I Recommend you try the hot battered cuttlefish and pork. However I found the rest room to be quite average. Regardless, this is a must try spot for a nice evening

Crowded on Fridays Their bite rice is nice but since this place is next to the lake, watch out for mosquitoes Candle light is a good experience..

Food was ok..hot butter mushroom wasnt so good..the daiya/devilled pork was great.. they do not have an option for steamed rice although its available and a bit expensive..
Overall ok..but my girlfriend and I noticed a lot of flies..

Very bad place. Very Poor hygiene conditions. I saw cockroaches are walking on dining tables. Better to close this bad pub.
