  Damn the notice inside. Only place to buy the liquors after 9.00 Generally opened till 11.00 and can buy until up to about 12.00 at double rate.

  Good place to have a drink in mount lavinia for a reasonable price. Not an elegant place and noisy specially on friday nights. however friendly staff. And food at this place is reasonably good. And they have wide range of well stocked booze.
