The staff of this hotel really know what they are doing when it comes to hospitality. Great services. Excellent location tranquil garden, lovely breakfast and so friendly that you dont mind that the bathrooms could use a little bit of work but it could have been just mine. The bed was the best i had in Sri Lanka.

They offer delicious breakfast, rooms are average (Sri Lanken standard) don't expect too much. The owner is friendly, from my point of view too much.
On the other hand is place really convenient if you planing go to Sigiria rock by foot.response / report this review -

Don't trust that place.they are cheating our and guide.allways he wants travelling gest with his vehicle.very uncomfortable and careless driving.mantely upset person owned.worst.very disspointed

We stayed at a big room and it accommodates 3 people. It's pretty spacious including the bathroom.
I we stayed here coz it was highly recommended in Lonely Planet. It's not the cheapest place in the area but it's worth it. The staff helped me with my 2 day itenirary abs they recommended a great tuktuk driver who drove me around. The price is affordable too.
Also, make sure that you eat bfast at this place. They prepared so many home cooked Sri Lankan bfast and everything was so good.
I'll definitely stay here if I come back to Sigriya.response / report this review -

Really nice warm and welcoming people! We stayed in one of the brand new rooms: very clean, good shower, comfortable bed. We also had our own table at the veranda where breakfast is being served. We enjoyed our stay en would recommend this place to others.
