Koggala beach park is a small beach park with couple of benches..and the shade of the coconut trees..you'll find some snack bars around it..
But the most spectacular scenes are the fishermen on poles as well as the corals kissing the foamy sea waves 😍

Came here with a Sri Lankan friend who promised to bring me 10 years earlier 😎
Enjoyed the experience.. had my photo taken with the fisherman.👍
The fishermen were once famous for sitting on the poles and actually fishing to provide for their families 👍
Nowadays they fish for tourists and don't actually have any line on the fishing poles at all😡
They expect a payment and I'm sure that amount varies 🤣

The place themselves is good. Nice view. Nice palms. BUT. Fishermans so disrespectful.. very rude.. stinks alcohololics. We payed for taking photos. But still they was not happy

It's good for couples. And also there are traditional fishermen. And also you can get sea bath here. Very peaceful place. Nice environment. Nice scenery.

Beautiful place to have a rest. Long beach with coconut trees. One of the best place to take photos. Also one of the best place to get a sea bath.
It is very safe to get a bath, because it contains huge long coral about 100 meters form the beach. Also depth is around 7 feet maximum. It is very similar to a pool.
