Good location and spacious family room, but the room facilities could be better. The shower water temprature is not stable.

No good place. If you are local, even they don't want to answer you over the phone. Not friendly people. They only like the foreigners and want to serve only for foreigners.

Nice and clean room, very kind people. The breakfast is a buffet, on the roof where the restaurant is located. It was fresh and hearty.

Stayed here for one night. Front desk manager seemed polite and helpful.
Rooms were very clean and came with tea/coffee/kettle, etc, with clean cups and glasses for us to use.
Bathroom was very clean, too!
Breakfast was a buffet: Fruit, fruit-juice, sausages, various styles of egg, bread/toast and hoppers. Also, tea and coffee.

It's a lovely place to stay in Ella. We 8 stayed in 4 Deluxe rooms . Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast with kind heart.

Very friendly staff. Large, clean room. Nice shower. Decent breakfast, would only suggest they change up the music from the repetitive Coldplay Paradise. Our only other complaint was the bed sheet and blanket wasn't big enough to cover the two twin beds together.

Clean room and bathrooms. Quality service. Decent breakfast. But there is no view. Its in the middle of town with other guest houses and restaurants.
