5 star experience at a multiple award winning resort for our honeymoon. Highly recommended to any couple looking for a quite and intimate retreat into Sri Lanka’s lush and green natural setting. It’s usually the staff and service that make the experience, and therefore have to make a few call outs including manager, chef, excursion guides, resident staff and driver who were so attentive and friendly to all of our needs and made our special occasion such a joyous one. Thanks to all of you. And the food was just fantastic. 🤤

Very much enjoyed the pleasant oasis of Victoria Park. It is a lovely place to explore or sit and there is a lovely little museum with fascinating photos. The loos are basic to say the least but cleanish. There are places to buy drinks and snacks. The plants could be better tended. The staff are doing the best job possible but resources seem limited.

If you just want to get away from everything and just hide away in nature, this is the place to be. 100+ acres of lush greenery, misty mountains, ponds and organic fruit and veggie gardens.. and lets not forget the beautiful birds, natural spring pools and the beautiful glass chalets which makes you feel as if you're living outdoors.
The staff is super helpful and friendly. The chef will make anything you ask for.. its everything a boutique hotel is supposed to be. will be back again.response / report this review -

An incredible few days in the most relaxing surroundings I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I've been fortunate enough to check out two chalets during my stay, one being next to a lake and one being on a lake - a floating house reachable by boat! Both chalets had glass walls on three sides (and privacy, of course) leading to the most spectacular views.
You don't have to go far to see the wildlife - on my first morning I spotted a Water Monitor and a Water Snake from the comfort of my bed!
The food is very high quality with a nice mix.
The staff are exceptionally kind, nice and polite; a pleasure to know.
The location is wonderful and I've enjoyed great walks every day.
I keep meaning to try out some activities but I'm on my fourth day and I've kept myself occupied without lapsing into boredom once.
Reception have arranged for me to visit the local national park tomorrow to spot elephants with the naturist which I'm very looking forward to.

Easily one of the Best Hotels we have ever stayed at , our stay was excellent . The kind of place where we would have loved to stay longer. Excellent food and service . Eco-friendly, scenic , pleasant location.
