Bugs & bad service.
We arrived very late after a day of travel from india, so after a while the gentleman agreed to check us in, in the morning.
They had no record of our expedia booking, and wanted to re-charge usat a rate higher than we paid. Luckily we had our paperwork.
There were 3 ppl working, they were less than helpful.
Linnens were clean, however there were A LOT of bugs & ants in the room.we have not come across this, even hostel hopping through India.

I booked the hotel, two/ three months prior to my visit and when I inquired if I need to make an advance payment they said "no, you may pay at the hotel". All discussions were done through telephone and email. I was pretty happy with my booking and their service, until a week back. They had dropped me an email to confirm my booking once again or it will get cancelled in a few days, and a second email saying my booking got cancelled. This all happened within a span of 7 days where I was unable to access my personal email. They didn't have the decency to phone me up and request a confirmation email, and potentially ruined my travel plans.
Frankly, an irresponsible team managing the place and not a trust worthy service. Would not recommend unless you like the stress of searching for hotels in the last moment in a rush due to surprise cancellations.response / report this review -

Absolutely horrible place. Mosquitoes, terrible food, animal abuse by putting huge fish in small tanks, dirty dishes (so be careful), unfriendly staff/managment and relatively expensive. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and hand cream. Send only your enemies herelol.
