  This Broker from Kalpitiya Mohamed is untrustworthy and have wasted my time and money. I have entrusted him with getting approvals for building in my 2 beach lands in Kalpitiya Sri Lanka and he has been lying for months and I am still trying to retrieve my original documents from him. As soon as I get an opportunity now I have to make an expensive and unexpected trip to Srilanka to take this broker to the Police and get my money and documents back. So I ask you to be careful if you plan to buy any lands in Srilanka and avoid this broker.
