An interesting experience with good service and food. Accomodation was OK except for the most important part, in my opinion, the bed. Very uncomfortable with thin mattress. Not a good night's sleep unfortunately.

My husband and myself stayed there for one night. We had the best experience ever - not only was the wildlife amazing, the staff also really provided everything we needed. We got a private tour by the manager of the area and he was very knowledgable and passionate about animals. The tent was very clean and perfect for a good night sleep. Very hopeful to return here one day - I wished we could have stayed longer.

Amazing concept of glamping. Located inside a natural private forest. Full silent environment with natural habitats. Very spacious tents. Unforgettable experience.

Great place to spend the holidays peacefully in a calm and quiet surrounding. Tents are clean and mostly equipped. Staff is very supportive and friendly. Food is great and tasty. Safari has been well organized and it was a great experience.

An amazing glamping experience it was! Each and every single thing about this property, from Cozy tents, delicious foods served in serene outdoors, to extremely welcoming, very polite and professional team of staff will make you feel very special during the stay.
We were the only guests for the day, but the wonderful staff did not let us feel any less special, instead they even very generously offered us an upgrade! Not to forget the special support received from Mr.Sameera who guided us throughout an unforgettable safari at Wilpattu National Park.response / report this review -

Great place!!! If I have to mention a negative, it would be the spiders and slightly muddy pathways after a downpour. Food is not exciting but good.

Skilled naturalist to take us on a nature walk where we saw many birds. Very friendly and attentive staff also for children. Romantic campfires. Elephants walking around campsites and very well organised trips to Wilpattu. Tents are simple but the service with tea next to a pond makes you feel a king

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and the quantity enough. However, an eco village goes far beyond "not disturbing nature " as I was told in the greeting. For breakfast 6 people received 12 plastic bags with our food in. This is a big NO!. I would not put carpet in the tents. All Eco lodges I have been to had wood floors.
We had no hot water in room 3.
I also don't u understand the food prep area. The poor guys had to work with headlamps to prepare our food. If you don't want light pollution to disturb your guests then place the prep area further back or build a walk of bamboo or wood.
Please understand that we did enjoy our time and the experience was good, but it can be great.

Good safari, saw sloth bear, deer, water buffalo, owl, eagle, macaques, langues and numerous smaller birds, though we were unlucky enough to miss the elephants and leopard that other guests saw on the same day. The tents were nice and comfortable, but the best things were the food and staff, excellent all round. Enjoyed a short night walk where we saw 2 loris plus birds and snakes. Expensive but highly recommended.

Nice location and food. Tents are decent for authentic jungle setting but quality could be a notch better given the amount of money they charge. Staff is very courteous and prompt. Cook is very nice and made sure we had enough vegetarian options to choose from.
