People are genuinely nice, polite, helpful to me and greeted me with smiles even though we are strangers to each other. Many fruitstands selling excellent tasty local fruits. Even local policemen greeted me with smiles! What a nice city !

Best place to spent your time. The complex is designed with ultramodern features whilst incorporating the traditional architecture of Kandy. The Board of Investment has granted the prestigious "Flagship Status" to this project. The centre contains several leading banks, fully equipped supermarkets, modern restaurants, an entertainment zone, a well designed state of the art food court, book stores, florists, clothing stores, perfume stores, an Ayurveda site and also stalls of leading companies in Sri Lanka etc. There is a five-level car park outside which is also the largest car park in Kandy.

The complex has fourteen elevators. Six of the ten floors will have direct road access due to the innovative design of the complex. In addition 2,000 telephone lines, a 3MW full-time backup power and ultra modern security system also add to the uniqueness and originality of the complex.

One of the largest shopping mole in Kandy city. All in one place and it's really very easy to buy something in here. In 4th floor there is a play area called "World Play" and dining area called "world Spice".

All the amenities for good shopping experience. Top floor dining places are amazing. Children's play area is safe and reasonable size.. Good place to have a quality meal overseeing the beautiful lake and do shopping plus banking..

KCC administration is doing wonderful job to keep the place up to standard. Most of the stores inside is well suited for both Kandy crowd and other visitor. They have all sorts of stores ranging from groceries to Apple computers store. The kids play area is great for kids. The World Spice food court severs yummy Thai, Italian, Indian cuisine.

Superb. Beautiful and very clean. You can get done all kinds of things under one roof. There are lots of shops of various kinds but space had used so nicely that there is no any congestion. There are almost all kinds of banks there.Security is maintained by separate security personnel and surveillance camera system.Security team is very friendly, informative and helpful. Bathroom facilities available. There is a large careful park nearby.Play area available for children. Large food Mart available with Italian, Chinese, Indian and Sri Lankan food.

First of all the good thing is that it got parking space. Inside KCC there are good shops to go shopping for. I wish if there is much choice when it comes to the food court.. But the card system is something Interesting..

Once, this was one of the most wanted place for Kandy city. Now it stands at the middle of the city,for all of us. One of the most important things, which came along with the City Center is the vehicle park.
In the Kandy City Center ( fully air conditioned ), you have almost all the major banks, out of which , some are open on holidays and till late night. You can find everything under one roof ; Best branded fashion collections, Best food stalls, Restaurants, Best electronic items, Book shops, reputed jewellery shops and many more, with a kids play area on the roof top.

It is a much better mall in all of Kandy. Even Colombo malls are absolutely awful compared to Kandy City Centre. But still not modern enough and enough shopping options. There are only so many phone stores you need as tenants!

This shopping mall has become the focus point in Kandy for upscale shopping.
Has a variety of well known shops selling branded items and others. There are many clothing stores, couple of book shops, a super market and few speciality food stores. All major banks are conveniently located at level 1. There is a food court and several other restaurants.
The whole complex is air conditioned, clean and well maintained.

I love it! you can choose different cuisines : Chinese, Italian, Thai, Indian doesn't get 5 star cause is missing Sri Lanka food 😭😭😭 that aside good is good price is very good and service perfect! so happy we tried it!

They are renovating this place and adding more shops. They have a wide variety of shops already with Banking facilities at the ground floor. It's a good one-stop place to go and shop if you're visiting the city.
There's a food court area on the higher floor which offers restaurant like action kitchens for Italian, Thai, Indian food. Italian is supposed to be good but the Thai dish I got was average. There's an ice cream station which has an ice board to make the combination flavours.

Went to Kandy for the Perahera festival and it was great! Temples were crowded by locals for the festival. Great to be in the middle of these national festivities. Don't buy seats online, you can buy them on the street for 5 times cheaper. And leave when your done, it's goes on to late in the night.

Not to worry about car parking spaces. Facilitate with modern designs and technology concepts. ATMs and CDMs available at your convenience. Can be highly recommend for shopping.

A modern shopping mall, could well be one if the best, if not the best in Sri Lanka. In addition to a number of retail shops, there are banks which are open till the evening and a supermarket. Central location. There are few entrances, so only a couple of minutes' walk from the main attraction in Kandy, the Temple of Tooth Relic. The food court is on the roof floor and i felt has got somewhat limited options. KCC food court has got Thai, Indian, Italian and Chinese cuisine and a beverage bar which serve soft drinks, juices etc. Felt bit over priced but that food court possess some good facilities which are well maintained and good view of the lake. Staff members of the mall are friendly and helpful.

Without a doubt this is the best shopping mall in Sri Lanka. It is well maintained and security is very good.

There are lot of clothing and electronic shops. The restrooms are well maintained.
