  Just came for sunset and dinner so don't know the rooms. Menu was quite average and kind of pricey for what it was. Service was okay.

  Rooms are not in good shape. Broken, water pipes and bathrooms not kept well. Lot to improve. Friendly staff. Excellent location next to lake.

  Near the Ibbagamuwa lake and you can bath the lake. Less facilities. Good for team.
