The staff is friendly & the service is ok but there’s so much room for improvement.
Smells like a restaurant that sells Sri Lankan food and the reception area is always full of flies.
Time management is appalling
Parking is a real hassle as there isn’t enough space.
The place can do with an update urgently.

the quality can be unreliable. I've had three mani/pedis here the quality of which were subpar. I leave with my nails scratched beyond repair, and my manis start chipping/fading within a day. They have an OPI service, which is a paraffin hand/for mask - I notice the staff reusing/sharing used paraffin by putting my used paraffin back into a communal melting pot. Disgusting. So stingy that they don't care about hygiene.

Re hair and massages: Unparalleled to other similar spas in Sri Lanka is the ability to actually listen to the customer and take the time to serve their needs. Staff are relaxed, yet focused (which shows the quality of their training/work environment). The space is carefully designed. The whole experience is meant to care for and relax the customer. This is one spa I never tire of coming to.

Parlour services are good but the lady at the billing counter charges whatever she feels like ignoring the rates mentioned at the counter. Doesn’t even bother to give a bill. Highly dissappointed in today’s era somebody blatantly cheating.
