  So I’m not a regular at any waxing salon in Sri Lanka, because most of the time I do my waxing needs alone. Since I was too busy to do it on my own , I decided to get it done from a professional. I did go through countless number of reviews to places and finally picked ‘Bewaxed’ because you guys had amazing reviews.
  I placed an appointment for a Neck to Toe package. The start was good there’s nothing to complain. After when the assistant finished waxing my hands and legs, she just said ‘finished’ . I was a bit puzzled because I had made an appointment for Neck to Toe. She kept saying it was for a full body and not a neck to toe and the assistant was super irritated.
  She went out of the room to double check with who took the order. And she did everything else in a rush because she was supposed to have another client.
  First of all, I’m not the one who made the mistake about the appointment, whoever took the booking did. Secondly, every place that was waxed after when the assistant was irritated was done poorly cause I have started to get bumps all over. My hands and legs were fine because obviously the assistant wasn’t irritated at that time.
  Also after I was done with the whole thing, as I went outside, I heard the assistant blaming me and making a fuss.
  Please note that I am highly disappointed in your service. The staff should know how to deliver.

  Nice women doing a great job for a perfect price. Very friendly and no long waiting times. English is spoken. for her and for him. I would go here everytime I am in Colombo. Also easy to find 👍

  First off, positives- there are many! Well trained, professional and friendly staff. Variety of waxes. Comfortable and secure waxing rooms. Cleanliness. Beautiful decor. Great customer care by going the extra mile i.e. offering drinks, water etc.
  
  The only negative (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5)- I think the thread they use for threading may not be of a good quality. I have had my eyebrows threaded here a few times and during every single session, the thread broke multiple times. This is not only annoying but also results in skin getting wounded.

  Truly professional group! They’re so polite and so friendly. The best waxing experience I’ve ever had in Sri Lanka. 100% hygienic and I’m recommending this place to every one I know. :))

  Been here a few times. Good service although sometimes its difficult to get through their phone lines. But if you inbox them on Facebook with your contact number they will call you back. My waxist Fathima has always been great and she knows what she is doing. Reasonable prices.

  Very friendly staff who are experts in waxing. They have various types of wax at an affordable price range such as fruit flavored waxes, strip less wax and all. Its always better to reserve your appointments at the earliest as they run on tight schedules. Also be there on time to eliminate unwanted frustrations. :)
