I usually used to go to the Nail Anatomy for my nails, until the moment I used the full body massage treatment. It was wonderful! Now this is my favorite place for nails and massageThe staff are very welcoming, polite and highly professional. The services are always great! I would highly recommend it :)

ZERO STARS!!

This place was recommended to me when I arrived to Sri Lanka. At first I was happy as the place is very pretty, clean and peaceful (even though they overact with any noise from a cell phone, cough or conversation). The price always seemed a bit steep and recently increased (comparable to American prices) but my daughter and I still remained loyal, mainly because they have lots of colors to choose from and we liked the staff. I will also add, our gel never lasted me 2 weeks without chipping by the first week. During Christmas I decided to finally get a design on my nails (Buffalo Plaid) although they charged a ridiculous 500 rs per nail (not worth it). Mel applied the design on my gel using regular polish and stamp (which I found is a big no no). The design and top coat didn’t even last me 3 days! And I am in no way harsh on my hands. I finally reached out to them and they responded that I had till end of the day to go in for a redo as they only guarantee they work for 5 days. I told them I couldn’t make it in due to the holidays (family and work) and they continued to pressure me to get in that day. I felt as if they were making me feel like I was the “bad guy”. Today (a month later) I reach out to them via WhatsApp and telephone to make an appointment and they blatantly ignored my messages and calls! Just WOW! Dear Nail Anatomy, you are failing at your efforts to provide 100% customer satisfaction and if you don’t stop playing these childish games and learn how to treat your customers, you will lose more caring and loyal customers like my daughter and I. Now I will have to explain to her why she can’t to go back to her favorite nail spa…looks like you won.

the experience I had in nails anatomy was extremely disappointing. I made an appointment once for a pedicure, but due to an emergency I couldn't make it for my appointment. Later on , when I tried to call , I couldn't get through to them . I called them from my husbands phone , to realize that nails anatomy has taken extreme measures to block my number. Whilst I understand the fact that how important someone's time is especially while running a business, emergencies do happen. I found it extremely rude and offensive . Will not be going there or will not recommend this place to any one .

Loyal customer for almost three years. The neatest and coziest place in the city for manicure and pedicure. Nothing comparable to NA even exists in Colombo. Therapists doing great job, always quick, always efficient. Flawless nails, attractive extras, great treatments. Setting is stylish and original. Great range of products. Plus top massage spot.

I have been a regularly at Nail Anatomy for almost six months. By far the best pedicures in Colombo. The service is extremely friendly yet professional. The care the staff takes to make your experience relaxing and enjoyable is commendable. The comfortable and relaxing ambiance adds to the experience. What i appreciate most is the fact that Nail Anatomy is always willing to accommodate my requests for last minute appointments even late evening 🙂 helping me to manage my busy schedule. In my experience is the best place to go and do your manicure and pedicure in Colombo. The staff is super friendly and professional, they have great customer service and they are always looking for the way of making you feel comfortable and happy. The ambience is amazing and the place is really clean. I've been there for massages and they are really good, full body is a must!

Excellent experience. Entirely foreign staff are well trained and highly skilled across a range of treatments, especially pedicures as well as massages for gentlemen (the Head-Neck-Shoulder and Stretch Massage are recommended). The salon is impeccably clean and sterile and entire operation is professionally run with military precision. Highly recommend it.

Who doesn't like their their feet cleaned and polished? As a diabetic its even more important so I totally trust and appreciate NA's service and professionalism. Staff are friendly and always there to helpnothing is ever too much trouble. The facility is clean, fresh and chilled. Most importantly for me is that their equipment is sterilized and germ free. Love this place
