spend few hours with friends. good place stay relax and they are nature friendly resort. also they have pool and good foods.

We went for a day out. We received welcome drink; fish roll and a cup of tea for brunch, buffet lunch and evening cup of tea with a piece of cake for around Rs 2000 per person. We played cricket and swam in swimming pool. We got a room for all of us. Hotel surroundings were astonishing.

One of nicest hotels I have ever been to. Stranded in an ocean of trees and jungle its the perfect escape. You take an 8 Km road away from the main road to reach this place which will finally emerge between the trees.
The rooms where very nice with the best view you could hope for. You have to walk for a few minutes to the pool and restaurant where they hold live music. The food was a mixture of Sri Lankan and western menu, which wasn't really the best. Cleanliness is better than I had experienced in other Ceylonese hotels but still its not the full, you get used to the insects eventually.response / report this review -

Me and my wife, we checked in on 21 Feb 2018 and checked out on 22 Feb 2018. A beautiful property with natural scenic surroundings. BUT must say it's a very poorly managed property in terms of services. The room allotted to us had badly sagged mattresses with springs almost ready to come out of the cloth, when requested to change at 10:00 pm, manager to allow such request was not in the campus and we woke up with severe back ache to start our Silver anniversary date. Even the cleanliness in the room was not up to the mark. The worst was yet to come, in restaurant area, breakfast time, the food items were not covered (salads and fruits) and hundreds of tiny insects were enjoying their feast and dancing around, when objected and asked to call the manager we were told that Mr. Manager is having his breakfast and can't come, we waited there for thirty minutes or so but no sight of this gentleman, finally we raised our voice (unfortunately) and to our utter surprise we came to know that the person in question was sitting next to our table and was listening and watching developments very quietly and enjoying his breakfast. Finally, he got up, came to our table and apologized, but still the food items were not covered, rather a pedestal fan was installed near the area to disperse insects. When I said that I'm going to write review on your web site, we were offered a wave off of our food bill, which we refused to accept.
My sincere request to the management / owners to take stern action against careless staff and make this beautiful property more enjoyable.

Situated in a beautiful area. Isolated and calm place for a stay. Pool is quite small. We went for the night buffet. They didn’t serve any welcome drink like most of the other hotels. The buffet was Rs. 1750pp. The staff didn’t allow us to dine inside restaurant claiming that the hotel is full. Had to walk quite a distance back and forth from the table and the buffet. There was enough space inside the restaurant but they didn’t offer a table nearby. The food average. Not a large buffet. Wouldn’t go there again.

Beautiful, peaceful, and away from the city rush. Perfect for some relaxing pool time. Highly recommend to get the deluxe villa, as this one is way better than the standard room. Big difference in quality, not that big of a difference in price.

Fantastic place for nature lovers. Veg food was not that good with very limited options. Under staffed hotel. Rooms had some sort of smell. Seems like they were not used since long although staff said they were full.
We spent only one night there but I think to explore it completely, one should stay for 2 nights.response / report this review -

This was my first stay in this nature resort. We liked the huge efforts by all staffers to make our stay comfortable and relaxed. Food - especially the dinner & breakfast buffets -- was simply awesome. Restaurant staff was very courteous, housekeeping and reception very attentive and always willing to offer help. Wishing them all the success.

Good place. Good food. Some places still repairing. No pool table. Good staff. Pool is 4 feet and deep end is 7feet.. Good place for natural lovers. Spa is available.

Eco protection as their own personal concept & business minded Eco resort hotel / Boutique hotel entangled with historical private heritage /value; while giving preference to nature - natural habitat / natural neutrality / simplenes / traditional eastern (sri lankans ) healthy, medicine, food, culture, activities, leasure, etc. , etc. A good resort to feel a difference out of the normal hospitality experience. A hotel that loves the society, people, natural environment & Sri Lanka as unique one and only in the world - country !good luck & keep it up.
