Okay!

We had dinner at this place and we had a good time. But we practically had to BEG them to come and take our order. We practically had to beg them to serve us. We felt like some idiots. But a waiter came and served us without taking long. He seemed like a very nice fella.

Very poor service, Rooms were horrible and we complained and got a new room and the bathrooms were horrible in the new room.. very poorly maintained..

Excellent, delicious food is offered and standard rooms are much bigger than expected, may be due to old architecture. A nice view of Hamnantota Fishing Harbor can be seen from a distant.

This was a wonderful simple, clean place to stay with nice rooms. It was only 53 dollars for a room with double beds and the service was impeccable . I would highly recommend to others

Still under renovation. Some rooms are up to the standard s but some needs more attention. Food is ok, but the restaurant area is not air conditioned, so that insects spoil the food. Have a nice view over the hambantota town and the fisheries harbour.

Before I reach this place i never thought It was good as that. I though it was a typical government type place with dirty environment. But with my fathers' guidelines I went to Rest House after finishing my works in Shangri-La around 1 am. We got a exceptional hospitality from the staff. Rooms are very clean and nice. It was old building and renovated with latest facilities. It's in a quite ad calm environment. The view is awesome from the balcony. Can recommend to anyone. :)
