On the 29/08/17 we took this tour and whilst we saw some whales the boat's engine broke and we had to be towed back to harbor which took 6 hours in you up to 2-3m sea swells.
It took an hour and a half for the tow boat to arrive and neither of the boats had good tow ropes - they snapped no less than 20 times (not kidding!) until we were 30 minutes from the harbor when good ropes were brought and towed is the last leg without snapping the rope. No apologies or compensation offered on disembarking.
I, together with the rest of the passengers almost all of whom were sick, dehydrated and sleeping from the sea sickness tables that were handed out like sweats, didn't have the energy to take this up with them yesterday.
I will take this up with them now and report back about how they plan to recompense passengers.response / report this review -

Suerte o experiencia, lo cierto es que hemos visto muy bien las ballenas. La tripulación tomaba sus propias decisiones con independencia de hacia dónde fueran el resto de barcos. ¡Y acertaron!
