Very professional and helpful crew! Whale watching was amazing!! Only disadvantage was that the boat was quite uncomfortable, had no sunscreen and lacked an easy boarding step.. anyway. Basic but very exciting and fun!!

Did one warm up dive, kit was good, boat good. Dived a reef at 20m was ok nothing special. Divemasters we're on the ball. To give some perspective I've been diving since 1989 and would dive here again. My only concern was organisation I like to keep to time, but hey this is Sri Lanka and hanging around comes with it. Nice people here.

Brilliant dive centre. Staff all very friendly and attentive to safety procedures. I had 2 great dives and saw lots whilst under water.

Good safety and nice diving sites, we saw manta rays on the second dive. Very friendly and helpful staff! Nuwan helped me also organize a trip to go watch turtles lay eggs on a beach in Tangalle.

It was great fun. Instructos were too good and supported well while diving in sea. I would suggest Mirissa Dive Center if you want to experience great Scuba diving.

I booked a dive there. The guy, who I talked to seemed more like a sales man – he seemed not really interested in me. I had to wait quite long, 1 hour, before I could do the dive. For the dive refreshment and 1 dive I paid 9000 LRS. The introduction of the dive site was really poor.
The dive master was great again.

A little controversial. Some says it is great place some says it is bad place. I have been diving in many places and I have to say this one is below average. Nobody told me anything. I had to wait for a long time and nobody bother to tell me why. No buddy check, no buddies. Ten divers for one dive master. We did easy shallow dives so I can't say I felt unsafe but this is no excuse for a lack of professionalism.

We booked a snorkeling trip at the mirisssa diving center. As a group of four, we paid Rs.7000.
We were told, that we would go 2-3km out on the ocean. Instead we got on the boat and drove approximately 500m until we reached the snorkeling spot.
As promised, we saw turtles and different fish. Apart from that, the entire coral reef was destroyed (mainly by the tsunami in 2004).
The staff was very friendly and helped a participant with her initial anxiety.
I'd rather recommend only renting the snorkeling equipment, which is much cheaper.

Great dive. Very cheap and you get a lot for your money. Boat is small, no frills but the dive master is great and the gear is good too. Not new, but good. Would go there again and recommend it.

Excellent equipment for rent, careful personnel, all local. Did two dives, guides were watching constantly the group. Nice boats, interesting dive sites. Tea, fruit, and biscuits to complete the dive. On top of this, quite interesting prices! My choice when I'll be back to Lanka.
