Visited the Hotel in April 2018 - Spacious room but no air-con, requested for a fan, non available. Thus, I had to have the windows open and invited the insects. A- larte carte menu not much to choose from. Buffet was okay. Staff are friendly and do try to assist and please as much as possible. However, the lack of Air con and fan were a total turn off for me. No lifts available so climbing up and down some 4 / 5 flights of stairs is also a turn off. Quite some maintenance and upkeep needs to be done to the bathroom and shower as shower doors are either missing or do not work properly.

I regret booking this hotel. Entirely a different impression was given on the website. No proper lounge or lawn to relax and the rooms were too small to relax. The set up was not good. The shower was too small. No proper maintenance. But it was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful especially at the restaurant. The food was very good.

Very nice place, big rooms, quiet, but the set menu dinner is not that good. Only 2 or 3 choices and weren't good at all.

Almost a European ski resort style hotel. Wooden floors, spacious rooms in a reasonable central location.

Nice resort in Nuwara Eliya City. Walking distance 10 mins to the city. Rooms are big and nicer. Have family room. When they have buffet, it is very good. Ala cart is ok. Very friendly staff and very good service.

Welcome in New England. On the top of the island you think you have reached Great Britain with all this nice cottages. One of them is this Hotel. Very nice. Unfortunately you hear the neighbour rooms.
