This park is surrounded by the Baire Lake and you had to cross a bridge to goto this park. There are pedal boat service also. Park is closed around 4.30-5.30 pm. Calm and cool place. Lots of crows flying here and there.

Enjoy your free time here and keep clean this place.
Good calm place for hanging out in free times with family members, lovers and friends. Placed in the middle of the Beira lake. Some kinds of birds can be found in here. Car park space is available in front of entrance. A boat service is available here. A well maintained place by Sri Lanka army.

The view is astonishing. There's dozens of skycrapers surrounding the park.
Relaxing place and you can do your shopping easily since there's a lot of high end malls around the park.

Nice area for waiting. Best place for couple. There are ducks and some kind of birds. It has good experience of middle on the lake. There is big bridge for connecting the small island and land.

Cool and calm atmosphere. It has a good view of Altair. Families and couples come here to hang out. There are some ducks rabbits and birds. Paddle boat service is nearby.
It used to be smelly. But now, the air is clean and fresh.

This is a great small park in the middle of a lake secluding a person from colombo. Lots of couples come to this. But its good for families and friends to hangout as well since its not hot here during the day time. You can take the swan boats to peddle around the park island. But mind you the lake is a little smelly. They seems to be neglecting proper cleaning these days. Around the lake you'll notice lots of ducks and crows. Try not to feed them.

Nice park in the island of gangarama lake which is very famous among local people and foreign travellers because of scenic view of gangarama lake and the high rice buildigs arround the gangarama lake.

Also this place is very nicely maintained by sri lanka military and birds like duks, turkey, swans are live in there freely.

This place is just three kilometers away from world trade center and you can have a vehicle parking around the gangarama lake accept the prime ministers house road side.

Nice and quiet place located middle of the Beira lake. This place also called Lovers Island because this place mostly crowded by lovers. You can get a boat ride near this park. Nice place to enjoy with you lover or friends or with the family.

Can have a nice scenery from the park around Colombo. But they don't allow people to stay after around 4PM. Still it's beautiful and calm place even though it's a small area. Can feed ducks also :D
