Good place. I frequently visit here. One sales girl doesn't treat customer well. Others are ok. And some of them are excellent in customer service. Supermarket open at 8 am.

I have been frequenting this place for two weeks now since I moved to a place nearby and have had a pleasant experience with the variety of food and quality, until we witnesses a bloke drop a loaf of bread on the floor and casually pick it up and put it back on the shelf. They actually handle all the bread by hand while doing other things etc too, so it is obvious that this standard of hygiene is maintained with the full knowledge of the management. What a pity: I thought that this place could easily go that extra step and maintain a proper food safety standard and set an example for those lagging behind.

Really great place to buy higher quality cake / Fudge / fruit cake and many more for reasonable prices. Most of the ingredients are used fresh. Further more i would like to mention is that they take there orders seriously and i have never got any disappointments on my orders.

It's a cosy environment with a few seatings. The snack I bought was not so fresh at that time. However, they had few delicious snacks too. Enjoyed their soup served in small tubs with a bun.

Its not a very busy place unlike other places. Its a one stop shop for your groveries, bakery items, restaurant serving lunch and dinner too. Food is great and not so pricey. Only critic I have is, Staff should be bit customer friendly e.g. I have been a customer for almost 15 years now but most staff still treats me the same as others. However there are some staff members who treats you with a smile and make that difference which makes me going there almost every other day even todate.

Supermarket is ok. All the basic products but fruit section is unfortunately rather lacking.

The bakery and cafe sells very good reasonably priced cakes but their service is really bad. The place was rather quiet but still there were like 15 staff members. They were more interested lurking behind the counter and chatting with each other than serving customers. They didn't acknowledge any customers before the customets went directly to talk to them. Even after that the service was lazy.

Beverages are not good. Tea is reasonably priced but they just heat it in the microwave. Coffee is expensive and lacks all taste.
