Kellogs choco pop serial packets were bitten by cockroaches. Informed the manager but she was clueless. Be very careful when buying. Their stores seems to be full of pests.

Good place for shopping. This is largest supermarket and vehicles parking facilities are available front of the supermarket. There is supermarket since longtime here and located very closely to the main road. Therefore very easy to access. There is available promotions for credit cards and cargills food city card.

Large scale outlet with tje groceries and fresh iteam,pharmacy and a laundry. No liquor counter available open till 10pm. Long ques experienced during rush hour (evenings and weekends). Wheelchair access possible

Very very slow check out

There has to be adequate coins etc at the check out counters,it is very inconvenient and unprofessional when they ask if we have
' change money''
Cargill's management have to make sure that the staff are fully equipped to stop the delays.
Also if there are trainees at the counters, there should be a permanent, experienced staffer supervising/ overlooking their work

Customer service at food city nawala is absolutely horrendous.cashiers are very slow in reading the product codes and punching the product in the cashier machine. If there is a card payment they run from one corner to the other. As a result there are long queues. Sometimes just to buy one or two items customers have to spend a very long time unnecessaryly. Product range is very limited and some times even the necessary items are out of stock. The managers keep on changing and almost every manager is clueless about the promotions and price reductions that they adverise frequently. Most of the time the butchery is unmaned. Recently a girl working in the butchery was very rude about a xmas product promotion and fought bitterly with me just to get her way as if she owned the place. I go there bacause of the close proximity and keels closed down at Narahenpita. I do not recommend marketing at Cargills food city Nawala to anyone if they have any other choice.
Utterly disgusted long time customer.

Conveniently located in the heart of the town with ample parking space. All the counters are not manned with a cashier as in certain times long ques are evident. Should have implemented a express counter for customers with less than 5 items.

Staff is definitely not enough. Evenings are very crowded. Large queues at counters. Further noticed some items which are available in other cargills outlets are not available. Always short of vegetables and fruits. Parking is also limited.

Limited selections of food items, specially vegetable and fruits. Staff is not well trained compared to other Cargills outlets in town. Slow cashiers as well. Even there are around fiver checkout counters only one or two operating at a time. Limited parking, and no security to manage it properly. Outlet management see not taking necessary actions to improve.
