  When booking we thought it wont be clean and comfy. But for a surprise this was great hotel with great view and service.

  We were honestly Surprised by How great Etnico was. The rooms were cleaned and air conditioned. Bathrooms was quite clean as well. The Manager/Owner Ratnayake was extremely pleasant and helpful, as were the staff. Etnico is right on the beach and now door is a great bar for drinks and chill music. I would most certainly book at Etnico again.

  Can't comment on the hotel, but the food is good, authentic Italian pizzas and pastas, could be a bit more imaginative with the toppings though.

  A small and somewhat Italian inspired little guesthouse. End May 2017 researched by a leading German travel book author. And he was impressed it seems with the price to value ratio.

  A superb small hotel in arugamby. Hotel is located at the middle of the bay. Good view for both side of the bay. Reasonable price. Very friendly staff.

  Decent location and not bad price for what you get. WiFi is decent I have made good Skype calls. AC is decent. I've not eaten at the restaurant.
  
  Beds and pillows are comfortable.
  Rooms are clean,though have flies (nature of location)
  Bar drinks (soft) are reasonable.
  Three dogs all friendly especially the girl (mut) that sleeps next to you on the beach. Lovely nature and gentile.
  Birds in the roof
  Rooms are a little tired
  Bathrooms need updating
  Staff are quiet and relaxed.
  All in all a good experience.

  The place was really good. Accommodation was excellent, so was their service. Not expensive also.
  
  Has a private entrance to the beach. And also on the side of the main road (which was not available in most other places).I checked about 10 places, this places was the best out of them. Good value for money.
