Incredible views of the waterfall and mountains with beautiful grounds full of plants and flowers. We had to leave our previous hotel early in the morning when the water failed. Ella Gap provided us with a hot breakfast and a hot shower at 6:30am on a moment's notice. The room was large and bright with a nice balcony.

Stayed 2 nights. Great place, nice views. Staff is friendly and supportive. Very low options for breakfast though. Food is not perfect but good.

Such a lovely hotel! 4 star quality I’d say! Rooms are clean, spacious and all the facilities you may need. The best view in Ella. Only 7 minutes walk to bustling town centre.

Lovely clean and comfortable family run hotel. Very peaceful. No tour groups. Fabulous views over Ella Gap from the bedrooms and throughout the hotel. Delightful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

A hidden location on the top of a mountain over looking a valley. The picture below is from my room. Picture does not do it justice. Food and service were great!

Nice place to stay and have rest. Very close to the Ella city. So easy to go to the other places. Nice view. You can see Little Adams Peak , Ella Rock, Mini Rawana Falls from the hotel front garden.
Hotel staff is very good, friendly. It has the name called " Ella Gap Panorama"

The view from the top most is great in the morning. But my mini bar wasn't stocked and a kettle was placed in my room. But no coffee/tea options. The telephone in the room doesn't have a call option to call the reception. Overall food and service is 1 out of 5. I think it could be done better to make guests feel more welcome to stay

Nice hotel in Ella area having a very beautiful view of Ella Gap and valley. On the rainy time, the hotel is having nice waterfall view. But dry season the water fall is dried and empty. But the view from the hotel is amazing and breath taking.

The view is okay but the manager is not, I have told him that dogs made my father sick so please don't let them come to restaurant! He says if you don't like it! You could check out ??!
