I've only visited the OPD of this hospital so can only speak of that. One huge plus is that the OPD is open till late night, couple of doctors are always in and the waiting times are very minimal. The main problem I had with this hospital was the lack of parking. But this has been sorted now thanks to the new car park building located just a couple of blocks from the hospital premises.

This one star is not for the hospital but for the doctors. They don't really care about the patients. All they want is money. One doctor in particular, told my mom not to waste his time and go to a psychiatrist. He has other important things to do. Is this the way to treat your patients? I am yet to find a doctor who is willing to spend more than 5 minutes with a patient. All money hoarders.

Very poor service indeed, specially ward 7, you are charged a premium price with no toiletries, blankets and other utilities. Just an advise never expect anything other a clean bed and floor, you need to buzz the bell for all basic needs and wait for about 45mins the required to turn up. I have been in asiri surgical which is definitely recommended if your doctor is available for channeling and surgery

Most disgusted hospital I have ever been. Customer caring is zero. Highly money minded and they won't care about patients lives.

Please inform your friends and relatives to avoid Durdans Hospital .. A set of Doctors run the show here. They will never allow you to bring in / consult good, experience, qualified Doctors to come in. These goons are clever in taking all your money without treating your sickness. Recently my father in law had a very bad experience here and finally we had to transfer him to another private hospital.

Please confirm your clinic before 2 or 3 hours. Some doctors cancel clinics neglecting clinical patients (less money in my opinion). Even the hospital has no system to inform clinical patients. Yes talking about the likes of you Dr. C. F. - Eye Serg.

One of the popular private hospitals serving a wide range of medical treatments from consultant channeling, laboratory/Scanning services to Surgeries.
Charges are high, yet competitive with other private sector hospitals in Colombo.
    Comfortable & Hygienic environment.
They now have opened a dedicated a building with parking space for customers.

Ok hospital. Convenient for regular lab tests as close to my residence. But, have heard that they charge unnecessary charges on the bill for admitted patients. Long time ago had an experience, they wanted to admit a patient I took for a knife cut on the finger. I objected and asked them to give treatment in the OPD and release. If required will bring him in morning to admit. It was not necessary to admit and he was fine. So their strategy is to try and admit patient who comes in for emergency treatment so that they can make money on charging them.

May be one notch above a government hospital.soap and toilet papers were kept in the medicine cupboard , not in the bathroom.
Asked for warm drinking water it never came until reminded twice.

Gloomy rooms, Very limited parking. Service mediocre

Fortunately it was a routine medical checkup

I still don't know how this hospital treats the patients! I hope it is going better.

But I am utterly disappointed with the customer service of this hospital. It is not the way the customer care officers replied me.. They were very nice with me..

But once the call is transferred a section, then to general surgery unit or something then to the micro-Biology center, then again transferred to another section then to another and so on but nobody answered properly. Finally they asked my number and told me they will call back me. I gave almost 5 calls!! I was waiting in there line for about 20 minutes to get of there assistant of the relevant sections to answer me This should not be happen in a hospitals.. This is a private hospital. Not a government hospital. Cant these guys put some more people as telephonist or whatever!!

Anyhow i think the Management should put more people to work on the customer care unit which will not make the patients embarrassed!!
    Thank You

Not impressed. Our deluxe room had mold on the false ceiling panels and was generally very gloomy. The linen was not clean and was not even adequate. Food was horrible.
And staff is mixed - some are pleasant while others are completely disinterested.
And the price we paid was usurious - they charge even for linen.

Doctors and facilities are good, but don't ever call their emergency ambulance. We had and emergency and asked for ambulance. The ambulance did not leave the hospital for 20 minutes because the driver was eating breakfast.

Worst A&E ever. Came for a small laceration on the top eyebrow for one of my relatives arrived at ETU around 10.30pm and now it's 1 am and it's not yet sutures. And for possible 2 or 3 sutures they want to admit patient and stitch it on the theaters.
This is absolutely money mongering medical practice I've ever seen.

Not crowded like other private hospitals. Offer a good service and have all the types of specialists there with all the facilities.. only regret was additional charge they take when the payments are made by debit/credit cards.
