  Worst customer service. I made an appointment at 7 pm with a surgeon 2019.0919. Still now the time is 9 pm. Still I'm seating and waiting for the doctor. Bus he is still not here. And the information counter sayes he is on the way in 10mins he will be here. They said it many times but no doctor has come. Please do not again. If you make a reservation please ask a phone number to call. Other wise they waste your time.
  
  මම වෛද්‍යවරයකු හමුවීමට අවේ පස්වරු 7 ප.ව 2019.09.19 තාම මම පුටුවක වඩි වෙලා ඉන්නවා. දැන් වේලාව 9 ප.ව තාමත් වෛද්‍යවරයා පැමිණ නැහැ. මම අහුවම මග එනවා කිව්වා. තව විනඩි 10 මෙතන වාඩි වෙලා ඉන්න. මේ වගේ කීප වතාවක් කිව්වත් ආවේ නෑ. ඉතිං මතන 10ක් ඉන්නවා එ අය නැවත රිසිට් එක දීලා ඔව්න්ගේ මුදල් ඉල්ලුවා. එත් ඒ අය රුපියල් 500 තියගෙන තමයි දෙන්නේ. ඉතිං මේකට එන්නෙ අසරණ උන රෝගියෝ. එහෙම අයට මෙහෙම සළකන එක හොද මදි නේහ? ඔයාලා මේකට එනවනම් මෙකෙ දුරකථන අංකය ඉල්ලගෙන ඇමතුමක් අරගෙන වෛද්‍යවරයා ඉන්නවාද අසා පැමිණෙන්න. නැතිනම් ඔයාගේ වටිනා කාලය මෙ ආයතන නිකරුනේ කා දමයි.

  Worst service. I had to wait average 1 & 1/2 to 2 more hours than the given appointment time to meet a consultant. No any excuses or update from the staff about delay. Lot of time wasted.
