Foods are tasty🤩
You sould bring foods and there is a chief .
He will cook for u.
There is a small cotage for 8 people
Or you can book room for 14 0r 16 people.
The bathrooms are not better enough.
The bathrooms are near to the rooms so we want to use them carefully.
But the service is good , we spent very pleasure time here.
There is a small foot path start from there to manigala,also you can ask for a guide from here.
in These days the river isn't safe to bath so don't try for it
This place belongs to the knuckles mountain range and you should keep those places clean and make sure of that.
If you are not sure of yourself so please don't go there.we love the natural surroundings here so please make sure you could protect this place.☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️

We did Manigala one day hike in June 2020. This was our starting point and last place to refill water bottles from the tap. We hired a village volunteer guide from here. No shops nearby.

A circuit bungalow under department of forests conservation. You can book the place online. Calm and quiet. Can occupy upto 30 adults. Not a luxury stay. No hot water facilities. Nice river flows right behind the bungalow. Can enjoy a fresh water bath at will. Good service.

A well maintained circuit bunglow by the forest deparment.there is two places.one is inside the jungle(only 8 people).the other is close to the road dometry type room.a circuit keeper is there to cook for you.you have to take all necessary things.thelgamu oya is the best thing here

Difficult to book the place. But this is a must visit place in Sri Lanka. Better if you can come as early as possible and enjoy the environment. There are 2 places you can book at once. First one is family house for 8 people. Other one is 2 separated dormitories for 30 people. There is a large kitchen with a cook . But we have have to bring the ingredients and food we need to be cooked. Very beautiful river next to the main dormitory. And a nature hike.

OK place.. they will cook you the food you want (ul have to provide the stuff).. No private rooms, domatery type beds.. Best thing is the river / lake (I dont know the exact name) which is just next to this location, you can swim / bath there.. one of the best natural rivers I have ever been to..

Very close to Telgamu oya. Managed by Forest Department. Economical rates. Have to book through forest department Kandy or Colombo.

Awesome place to stay.lf you get a chance to meet mr Bandara the range forest officer of the bungalow ,he is the best person to learn about trees and wild life.
