Good for a day out. Has natural pools in every bungalow. Pools has fresh water BUT walls are not very clean.

We stayed in Lotus Villa and it was superb for us.

The villa could accommodate 16 people comfortably and at max 18-20 might fit. The pool was filled by natural river water and was in a good shape (well cleaned as previously requested by us).

The food was Great and was available till almost 9/10pm. The only con was the cold. Early ordered food was cold within 1,2 hours time in the night due to cold weather. Still the cold was bearable for us in outdoors. We had a morning tea and welcome drink on arrival as well.

The privacy was amazing as we had a small DJ with one sub for 10 ppl all night and had no complaints.

We had the Villa for our selves without any restrictions, even though There was handler in the villa at all times for emergency and ordering food.

Conclusion - Top place for a group to hangout and have a party or night out without borders.

Good place to enjoy, a very fun place to spend your holidays with your family and friends. Service is very good at handling tasks. Food is very good compared ro other rest houses near this place.Really recommend this place.

Nice place with individual villa's for rent.
Each villa has a pool (one we got, had a Jacuzzi) and an individual from resort to take care of you.
Food is very reasonably priced - they barbecue on request too (keep in mind that there's a minimum weight of meat

Cool place to hangout with your friends or family. Every private villa has all the facilities. But the maintenance is not upto the level as the swimming pool had many broken tiles.

Food & BBQ was delicious and worth the money. However the tea was not that good.

The road to the hotel was bad and not repaired for a long time and a bit hard to locate the exact villa if you're going for the first time.

We went there with our MSC MIT 2010 friends. It has seperate villas and special bungalow at the corner. This bungalow is very old type and have swimming pool with small waterfall. Water comes to the pool and overflow. They prepare tasty BBQ to us. Friendly service.

Peaceful place. Can enjoy with your friends or family. It's designed as separate villas. So you get the enjoyment without a thought of disturbing others. The pools have to be taken care of frequently. After all it's a cozy place for a cheap price. Loved it

A great place to spend a weekend with family. A house consists of four bedrooms, lobby , parlour, dining area, two attached washrooms. 14 people can stay at once. Has a mini swimming pool with a deepend of 5ft. But it is full of chlorine. You can ask for a cook if you need a BBQ. Do not expect delicious food. A better place to have a drink with your friends in a evening. About 60km from colombo.

Calm and peaceful place to spend leasure time. There are few bungalows in this resort which named Jasmine, Jungle, Orchid, Lotus, Old, Orchid, Rose etc. They all have midrange prices. We were at the Lotus bungalow. Occupancy was 16. We can order BBQ, foods etc there. Soft drinks are available there, but they don't provide liquor. Pool was ok. Couldn't connect to wifi. wifi Signal strength is very low. Beds, rooms and washrooms are clean and tidy. Even though the occupancy is 16, it's easily manageable for 24. They do have a small sounds system which only support mp3 format. There is an adventure ground/ playground as well. They provide the facilities to some adventure activities like mud bike, air rifles etc upon request.

As an overall I would like to recommend this place as a good place for relaxing and gatherings.

Good place to spend the day with family or friends. More space to have some outdoor fun activities. But if you are planning to order food, book it early or you would have to wait for a long time.

Good place for a team outing, nice environment good pool, we visited the place so-many times, but last time we got very disappointed.
- Management was not sportive at all, (had to call more than 6 times to get the food menu emailed imagine the rest)
- No more support with arranging BBQ (Earlier we used to take materials and they provided a helper to do the BBQ)
- Washrooms were not very clean, bed linen were smelly, TV, Internet not working (managed to get Internet fixed next day but not the TV)
- Roof was leaking (living room was flooded to the second day rain)
- Second day lunch provided around 3.30pm (morning tea and breakfast provided on time)
- Provided care taker was very efficient and supportive this one star for him (he managed to clean all the left over food, plates, empty bottles, when we wake up next day morning)

First impression was good. Nice environment and good food. We got here for a rest, after a long drive but had a very bad night with loads of bed bugs in pillows and bed spreads. Couldnt sleep at all. Nice place but requires proper maintenance.
