Went there exactly month a back.. place is really nice..clampeaceful Specially nice view in the morning Ppl who work there I don't know how to say it's like they didn't know what's customer care is All together there was 20 ppl among them 2 familes were there basically they have more needs than us since they have 1-2 year old kids They aren't helpful for those families at all.. also idk other ppl who have been there b4 when through the same.. something terribly wrong with their pipe lines.. water was dark brown..not only to a one room.. every room like that..we we're there for two days.. both days we went through the same.. we complained b4 we left Hope they will fix those issues soon..

We stayed here one day as a family with two kids. As we were the only guests we literally had the whole place for ourselves. Honestly we enjoyed our stay despite shortcomings. Especially out two kids aged 2 and 4 were really happy as there was lot of space to play around. Luckily we were not super worried about cleanliness of the place.
This place has so much potential and I would have easily given five stars if maintained properly.
The good:
Superb location with magnificent views of Castlereigh reservoir and hills beyond.
Service is excellent - efficient and courteous, if you speak Sunhala or Tamil.
Good local food, though options are limited.
Comfortable beds.
The triple room is actually a spacious suite with two double beds, a private dining table, a balcony and a small reception that has its own sofa set.
The bad:
The place is poorly maintained and has a run down and rather grim outlook.
Curtains and even bed linen are dusty and has stains. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. So if you're worried about cleanliness this is not the place for you.

The good: -
Beautiful views, large rooms.
The Bad: -
Good only for accommodation. We visited there on 18th September. They provided us lunch as they promised but that even not up to the standard what we want. however lunch was in average quality. They have provided us staled string hoppers for our dinner and as a result of that all our team members got stomach ache. We wanted to speak to the Manager (Mr. Thaya) at that time he was vanished and he never come back to hotel till we return. Very very unpleasant experience we had.. Finally Mr. Thaya has prepared a bill for that staled foods also. Very irresponsible Manager. Bad experience.
