I have attended to a wedding ceremony. This place have garden space. Wedding hall also in a satisfactory condition. There is a pub also but i could not made a visit.

Hotel is very large and looks beautiful from outside and very nice garden and pool view
However the rooms are spacious, beautiful and clean but it looks like this hotel doesn’t have any maintenance department there are nothing working properly door having hole covered with insulation tape, broken washing basin, no minibar refrigerator, broken shower cabinet handles, broken towels hangers, using shower makes all washroom floor wet and need to call the house keeping to clean it, room telephone is not working, Aircon sound is noisy, some light bulb is not working, only local channels on TV, and None on the reception desk most of the time,
The food menu is long with big variety of food but when you select many things are not available and you have to select from very short list
Staff are friendly, trying to help but team is very small compared with hotel size
I believe if the management took more care of
The maintenance of rooms this hotel should take 5 stars

This is a 3 star hotel near by Biyagama Free Trade Zone, You have to consume good facilities for a moderate price, beautiful landscape with swimming pool, liqueur and good rooms are available

Hotel PT garden is the best place in this area. Prices also reasonable.
Most of the office staffs in BOI companies in Biyagama selecting this place for their parties.
Parking available for about 30 vehicles.

Beautiful place surrounded with large trees and bushes, located a bit away from colombo. Tasty food and great banquet halls. Waitress are not energetic and their service is below average.

We had a reservation at this place because we thought it would be fun to having a swimming pool with our party. And the management of this hotel promised us that we can use a pool with our reservation time without any problem. So we ready for the pool party and come up with ready for that. But the time we got there they come up with stupid excuses and didn't allow us to use the pool. They ruined our day that day and I'll not recommend this place to anyone ever again.

The location was easy to find and parking area was able to accompany all the guests for two separate wedding halls.(The day I visited both halls had functions yet there was plenty of space)
The building and the surrounding had a pleasant view although there was a huge factory right next to the premises.
The function I visited was in the secondary hall which was nice in appearance and could accommodate 250 comfortably. The bar area was accessible by a side corridor which was next to the satage.
However a down point in that was the washrooms were accessed through the same corridor. Hence it was a bit of an inconvenience for some.
The food quality was an average for my taste and the menu had some veriaties. The negative point was that the food ran out even though there were excessive plates as only 250 came to the function with 275 expected (and ordered for the 275 expeced) . It was a huge Downer. The welcome drink and the evening Ice coffee was off too.
The hall was quite neat and rich looking as it was the secondary. I suppose the grand ball room has a unique qualities as well.response / report this review -

No one will come twice. Worst food. In sea food fried rice, there's no at least a single prawn. VAT charging separately. Cheating when preparing final bill. Never come again.

The halls are okay. But their service can certainly improve. Some of the taps we broken and the water provided during to the event was also not that good. Some of the water glasses tasted oddly like the welcome drink they served in the morning.
The entire premises are made to host multiple functions at once. So they are targeting numbers more than quality.
This could be a good option if you're looking for economy.response / report this review -

Average place & only place available around biyagama zone for meal or good meeting. Filled with mosquitoes. Better you bring a bug spray. Nice location though
