Double booked our family room and we had to leave. Staff were rude and unhelpful when we had to leave due to their mismanagement of bookings. Refused to help my wife with all of our luggage because we were leaving

    FANTASTIC! WONDERFUL! AMAZING!

where do I begin? I arrived not sure how long I would stay and ended up staying almost 2 weeks! when i first arrived (in tears after many crazy traveling incidents) i wasn't sure where i was staying and manori (the daughter) brought me a fresh juice, let me sit down and gather myself- so sweet!

manori and her family own and run the entire hotel, which means that everyone who serves you is a part of the family. They take such pride and care while running the hotel because they want you to be happy! I witnessed how they would go out of their way to accommodate each individual guest's needs.and always with a pleasant and warm smile.

the property is beautiful, right on the deserted beach, with grass, palm trees, and loungers. the rooms range in size and price --(they did this by the way, so everyone could have the chance to enjoy paradise). i was in a small single room with a balcony and sunset view that wasn't even advertised bc it's for the super budget traveler, which was perfect for me!

I also noticed how every day they were cleaning the grounds, mopping and sweeping the floors or running around trying to make everything look great!

The restaurant has super yummy local fresh food cooked either by manori's mother or cousin--so good!! i ate there everyday.

the setup--they have the older hotel in the back and the newer one in the front. the reason the hotel has such low prices for a beachfront is bc its unfinished (only small details of this are noticeable, but not enough to be a bother--still has the new feeling)but still completely nice and livable! they are not going to finish it for a while, so it's still super quiet. so if you are looking for a nice, clean, quiet, and affordable place on the beach---this is it!

i really did arrive a stranger and left a friend---or maybe even a new family member!! ❤️thank you manori, manoj, prema, sugath, the cousins, aunties and brownie the dog for an unforgettable time!

This hotel is not as advertised. It is fine if you wish to stay somewhere basic but the room we were given looked nothing like the pictures and was not very clean. We were so upset we had to move somewhere else. The staff were very kind when we moved and drove us to the new place which was nice but please only book this place expecting the most basic of basic rooms.
