  Do not go. I had booked 2 rooms for 4 nights in advance, and was ready to leave immediately, but as I had paid in advance, we stayed. I paid more for this hotel because of the pool - which was so dirty that there was no swimming during the holiday. Rooms are not clean, sheets and towels are broken and they do not change those during the holiday. The beach is nice, but they do not provide sunbeds or anything. Good exercise to walk up and down the stairs - would also be nice if they kept these stairs clean / lighted in the evenings. Food - hmm do not bother.

  Little cozy hotel on the top of the hill with amazing view. Staff is helpfull. Good local food in restaurant but a bit overprized comparing to restaurants on the beach. Beach is 5 mins down by stairs.

  Best place in the area for sure! The view is just amazing, the staff is professional and the owners are very sweet :-)
  It is my 4th time in sri lanka and it is definitely the hotel i enjoyed the most here!
  Paradise with reasonable prices.
