Very nice hotel, big room for 3 people on the ground floor. The doors close at 9PM, but you can still go in with a different key to another door. You can dry your clothes outside, very practical. Good price

Clean place with limited parking space. Rooms are not very spacious but nothing to complain. they have a very small menu tried Srilankan breakfast and it was not so good. 5 minutes walk to the beach beside Cinnomon Hikka trans.

I have quite a double impression about this hotel. From one side it is rather good: clean, good furniture, hot water (which is sometimes a luxury in Sri Lanka).
However I can not recommend this hotel because it is impossible to sleep there. May be it depends on which side your room is, but in our room there was a cacophony of all types of souns : birds, insects, dogs, trains which started to pass every half hour around 5 am. The problem is that there are ventilation holes above the window. You can't close them, so all outside sounds are really disturbing.

Highly affordable packages.. well maintained environment with extra attention payed for cleanliness. Located at a very convenient setting. Suitable place for a economical vacation down south.
