I can recommend one sales person name is Christopher.. he is very keen about customers satisfaction.. he would help every possible way.. cannot forget they never answer the phone.. I saw they turn off the phone ringer. And funny thing was they accidentally picked up the hanger and there was customer on other side.

There aren't many reputed places to buy camera equipment in Sri Lanka. When you buy hi-tech precision instruments like a camera the vendor has to be a trusted one. CameraLK covers all these points. Moreover, the place is not intimidating and quite spacious. The ambience puts the customer at ease which makes it easier to make important buying decisions.

The customer service is impeccable and the salesman are very helpful, even to a point preventing certain rash buying decisions, which is wonderful.

the product selection is exceptionally good and they also have a repair service if you mess up your precious equipment.

There's a range of selection from various brands and a variety of models. The staff are friendly and supportive as well as knowledgeable about the products they sell. Spacious outlet in Colombo 5 and it's a nice environment inside.

Well trained and friendly staff. They are super helpful in choosing a product. Among the shops that try to sell the highest price item for any need, they are quite exceptional in explaining the customer about the entire product range and helping the customer to find the best item fit for the need.
Prices are average, but with the warranty and their after sales service, it's money well spent. They even offer free photography training which is a great gesture towards the customers. Easily one of the best electronics stores in the city.

Good service. One of largest collections ( if not the laghest) of photography equipment. Price is tad high. It is told tha t they will provide you a replacement, if you need repair of your equipment, if its within worranty period.

Friendly staff and they are very helpful. They will explain you what are the pros and cons of buying an item, not just to give you the most expensive one. This has variety of electronic items to select from. They have, not only Cameras, but also Video gaming consoles and speakers/headphones. We even can try them out before buying and they will help you to decide. The prices are average, but I would say it worth considering their excellent warranty scheme. They also provide easy installment plans for credit cards. The place is also well organized and clean with a great ambience, tempting to buy 😀

Went there a couple days ago to purchase a flash. First, they communicated one price over the phone, when I went to buy it, they said they can't give it for that price.

Sales representative was not helpful at all. He wasn't rude or anything, but had an attitude of 'buy it if you want' or else

Anyway, I purchased the flash. But wouldn't go there again. When selling high value items, you expect the sales representatives to be warm and friendly. But that wasn't the case.

I bought my first DSLR camera from them. The well trained staff will guide you on how to select a camera that suites you.

There after sales service is really good and the photography academy run by them is a very good place to learn basic photography.

I bought a Nikon KeyMission 360 camera from them and there was a issue in the camera. They checked it and they could not fix it. They offer me two options one to replace my camera with new one or give a credit note for full amount. I went for the full amount credit note. This is something I experienced first time in Sri Lanka. Your service is very good.

Trustworthy camera place. You can be sure the products are genuine in good quality and new. I didn't give five starts because they aren't the cheapest amongst their competitors. But I would rather pay a bit more a be in total confidence
