  I have bought a laptop which was originally sold to a different company by vs information systems but warranty remained until 2021. When my adaptor failed they replace an adaptor without any hesitation without claiming the bill but only checking whether the PC has warranty..

  They used to be really good, but recently they have begun to overcharge and their repairs fail in a matter of weeks. They charged almost 15k to glue a hinge, which broke apart again. They take so long to give an esimate, and when they do, you are frustrated so you just give the machine for repair. VSIS needs to be better at servicing personal machines, or just stop altogether. As companies grow sometimes they lose professionalism and service, and VSIS is exemplary of this. Sad. I recommended this place to a friend who got cheated by them. Never again.

  Great service. The technician diagnosed & fixed my problem & I was on my way home with my "fixed" laptop in 10 minutes & for free! The fault was that I have not inserted my RAM card properly when I took it apart to clean some dust. He pressed it in & BAM it's alive. Somehow I have missed this basic check myself. Great people.
