Worst place to buy a laptop. Purchased a new ROG Asus unit which went dead after 1 month. They don’t honour any warranty and are completely dishonest. Perhaps they sell defective equipment. I shall never visit this place again!

Don't ever buy anything from this shop. The Hp laptop I bought is faulty and they don't answer the telephone when people call them to claim the warranty. The phone numbers provided by them don't work.

All most all kinds of computer parts available. Ideal for low budget pc assemblings. Cheap prices. Hard to bargain. A big range of products is available. Good staff. Many people say that their customer care is not good and hard to claim warranties. I have had good communication with them and could claim my warranties without any issue. But i had a friend there. No idea about general behaviour.

Bought my laptop few years ago. one of the best laptops i have used. still using it. but in my experience their service after sales is very bad.
One of my friends bought a wireless mouse. after 1 hour we went back to showroom because mouse is not working. had to stay in repair department for 1 and half hours to get a replacement mouse.response / report this review -

Worse place to buy a product. Bad customer service.
The sales dept is friendly and polite. The after sales service dept is so bad. No customer friendly, no efficiency and business practice.

Improper customer care.. The sales representatives are much reluctant to provide the right and proper information. Laptops with reasonable costs are offered at high prices. Customers are supposed to exert caution when purchasing at bulk!
