It was really nice location. Clean and large rooms in very good condition. Sinharaja Entrance is very close to the Bird paradise hotel. Also cool environment And Great Foods. Friendly staff. They always ready to help. Also nice places to bath close to the hotel. Everything is good.

A very nice hotel the view outside is good and indoor interior is also attractive. Good friendly staff lots of dining options. Rooms are good clean and room service is also very good. Need to improve the outer look of hotel. thanks alot for the good service.

We can arrange for bird watching events, either from a makeshift hut built for the purpose or in selected areas in the rain forest where birds frequent. Visitors who like to watch birds from their own rooms can do so through the windows.

Plus points are: The location is ideal. Very close to Sinharaja entrance & it had scenic surroundings. Hotel architecture & the amenities are also good compared to other near by hotels. Spacious rooms with good interior. Friendly & helpful staff. Negative points are: The towels & toiletries of the room were not ready at time we checked in around 3pm. Staff responded couple of times with an excuse that, "we didn't think you will come in this time", which is surprising as we reached there well after the stipulated check-in time. Then, the prices of the meals are skyrocketed (breakfast egg sandwich - LKR 450!!) compared to same class hotels. In addition, the quantity of the food is really not adequate for a person. The staff disappeared once they served the food on table until we finished leaving no room to ask any additional food. However, quality of food is good.
