We really love the customer care and the hospitality of staff. Cuisine and beverages were very delicious. Rooms and services were excellent. Staff are well trained there, they know what the customers actually need. They could consider about the safe parking facilities inside the hotel premises. Other than that we would like to rate this hotel five. Thanks a lot.

Hotel gives great access to beach. Front desk is attentive and helpful, rooms fairly clean and the food's decent. Labelled by the locals as Arugam Bay's best hotel! 2 stars for the lack of extra facilities such as a gym and pool, and mediocre service by the hotel staff.

Had one night stay. Rooms are fairly good but too much rules. Poor room service. Air conditioners have not been serviced for ages.

Nice little hotel with some good friendly staff. Food is acceptable but should be good in da season period. Rooms equipped with all the basic facilities you need. Price wise it's completely affordable.

This was a great place to stay. Such well themed rooms. The facilities are excellent. It was the best hotel we stayed in in Sri Lanka. Also had the best food at good prices. Sam and Mr Eranga were great hosts.

Stayed with my family for 3 weeks. Best hotel in A. B, excellent location, good vibes, best food, and generous staff. Mr Ferrera the owner, and his Family, were wonderful and very helpful! definitely will come again.

A hotell wit good or at least not bad standard and finish. Clean rooms and no bad or half done electrics and plumbing. Therefore a higher price / night.

One of the best places in Arugam Bay, great value for money. Great location, directly on the beach next to baby point. Like many of the places in Sri Lanka, the place is owned and managed by a very nice and friendly family. Rooms have good A/C, a very small TV with practically no channels, and hot water. If you don't mind climbing the stairs then ask for a room with a view on the 3rd floor. There is no safe in the rooms but you can keep your stuff in the safe downstairs at the lobby. The place also serves an included breakfast buffet and you can get lunch and dinner in the hotel's restaurant, which is very clean and tasty.

Located center of the bay and giving marvellous view..
Rooms are very good and clean.

Bay Vista is probably the best place to stay at Arugam Bay. This place is clean and rooms are of five star hotel quality. Unlike most places every little aspect has been considered. Bathrooms are of great quality with hot water, leak free taps, properly flushing toilets and clean. I mean super clean. They offer a variety of meals at reasonable rates. Located right beside the beautiful ocean great for bathing, swimming and surfing along with fishing boats parked in the rear. Lucky the manager is busy taking care of the guests day and night. A very friendly and helpful person. Great rates and again the best place around. As a Google Local Guide I am more than happy to review Bay Vista.

Great place to stay in Arugam bay. Hotel is right next to the beach. Great service from the staff. Rooms and bathrooms are kept clean. Food is good, and there was a dinner buffet when I was there.
The beach near the hotel is used by the fishermen to park their boats, so accessing the beach can be tricky. Unfortunately, the beach in the general area is not clean and is not safe for bathing. However, The popular safe bathing spot is very close by (about a 5 minute walk from the hotel).
I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Arugam bay.response / report this review
