  The worst hotel i had ever experienced. Bathroom was full of insects. Staff was very unfriendly. Room A/C is not working. The price also not reasonable for this facilities. This is the most unpleasant experience in my life🤢🤢.

  This is the first properly licenced hard liquor bar and outlet in the entire Arugam Bay area. The local bar is still there and running well. The hotel itself is a bit separate now and has more facilities and a touch of class. Also a function hall now.

  HANDS DOWN A GREAT PLACE!!!!! WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAIN!!!!
  
  Manager at the front desk was just awesome!!! Hands down the best customer service I've dealt with and we had a group of 20 with plenty of kids. We came in hours early with a dead phone and they did everything to help us and charged my phone while we enjoyed the fresh welcome drink. They made us feel welcomed and right at home even though we asked a million questions and were in/out of her office all day. And all that with a wonderful smile on their face. All other staff members awesome!Even a gentleman who I presume was maintenance saw me waiting, as front desk was busy checking in guests, and helped me right away when I mentioned I only needed towels.
  
  The location was near perfect for us as the beach was only a short walk away..
  
  The beds were comfortable and the rooms were beautiful and well stocked.Rooms did NOT include a hair dryer but I WAS able to borrow one from the front office free of charge.
