  Worst experience ever! Dropped by today to have a spa but the first guy told me that no reservation no service, which was fair, and I asked how I could make a reservation, the second guy told me that I needed to book online, which was fine by me. And then I asked for their website info or business card, at last a manager-looking guy showed up and told me that I could not get a service here because it's for Europeans only, and he further explained to me it's a difference concept! What concept? Racism?! I was shocked there were still racist here in Sri Lanka. By the way, I was told the SPA was owned by an Austrian!!
