Terrible! They do not tell you in advance that an international licence is needed. Then, when they will not hire you a car will try to charge you more than DOUBLE the price for a driver to take you to your location.

Will I use again? No! Will I tell others to avoid Hertz Sri Lanka on social media-twitter, TripAdvisor, Facebook etc? Yes! Will I contact Hertz franchise dept? Yes!
