I'll never recommend this hotel to any other. Room is fungus smelling. No drinking water in room. I purchased and they charged 300LKR for one litre water. Bathroom is so small and the total rooms are decades old without any renovation.
I wonder how Agoda had recommended this hotel.

The hotel was soooo dirty !!!!

No electricity in the hotel , my bathroom was so dirty and on walls moldy !! everywear in the room was smell from mold !!! Pool was so dirty and not for swim!
Staff is not friendly and no helpful !
My expirience from this hotel is sooo bad !
Hotel is official 3 stars but look s like 0 stars
Photos on Booking from this hotel is not real - reality is big dirty !

Okay-ish place for the quick stay before getting to your flight. They have a nice area around but the management can be a lot better. As told in other reviews we found our toilet to be leaking and not flushing - but was fixed immediately. The breakfast place was not that great - very basic breakfast. Fruits, eggs and bread.

One big upside is the free airport transfer to and from the hotel. There are also specific places for chilling out like a reading area, working area etc.

They claim to have taxi service but was not available when asked. There was no toiletries available with the room - be sure to take your personal set.

The guys at the front desk are really helpful to guide you around the places with sights to see, transportation etc.

Avoid this hotel. I arrived late, was transfered to their new hotel which is not finished (a whole in the wall). Went back to the other hotel where there was no room. They quickly made a bed in a room that was not clean. Still they expected me to pay full price. Very poor service and customer care. Food not even good

Airport City Hub was a great place to stay close to the airport. They offer free pick up and drop off to the airport. We landed at 3am after our flight got delayed and someone was still there to pick us up. The first room we checked into had a broken a/c unit. They immediately upgraded us to a nicer room with a working a/c. Great stay for the price.

The room is comfortable. Basic items are provided. The environment is tranquil and natural with home recoration. Staff is friendly. The hotel gives a feeling of quiet, nature and peace.
Wifi was strong everywhere even in the room.
The buffet breakfast is relatively simple. Not many choices.
Swimming pool is kind of small.
The hotel provides free shuttle to airport.

I booked a room here last minute and was very surprised how the hotel looked. It feels like a mini oasis even though close to the airport. It's very large, open, and has multiple stories so it seems to accommodate quite a lot.

There a mini pool, spa, restaurant, and more on the hotel site - but keep in mind this is similar to a boutique hotel without the high class luxury.

Honestly, perfect for the frequent budget to middle class traveler.

Rooms are simple and the shower and toilet area are shared- typical for Asia area. But there's A/C, adaptable outlets, TV, free WiFi, and very very friendly personnel.

You will receive the best Sri Lankan hospitality here!

Actually not too bad really. My travel companions had a room that was a bit mouldy in places but mine was all right, if a little basic. There was a fridge, a ceiling fan and air conditioning, which all worked fine. The bed was acceptable. The grounds are reasonably pretty and there is a pool but realistically it is a place to spend one night before flying home. Best thing is that there is a free transfer to the airport, which is very useful.

The windows haven't got sound isolation so all the night long i have to listen v8-v12 motorred cars racing through by the highway. Also my room had an electricity problem that solved by short circuit. So My key card was not necessary to use Electric power in the room

Very close to the airport for a late arrival or early check in. Efficient check in.
Bed was very comfortable. A.C. too noisy but nothing that a good set of earplugs can't fix.

This was a superb experience at this hotel. Loved the warm hearted welcome and also during the stay the way they treated us.We all loved the food and also they could full fill our desires of food and other beverages which was sudden and we actually didn't expect that to be when we booked the hotel.
The rooms are super luxurious and also comfortable, even the bathrooms were clean and spacious.The staff here is so friendly; I saw their day and night dedicated work during the stay which actually made my stay over there a better experience.
Overall it is a superb hotel inside the city to have a peaceful holiday while enjoying the western and Sri Lankan cuisines.
