Very poor customer service, they will do delivery on their own mind,
They don't care about our requirements if they want to come they answer calls if not where they come to our place with the extra water then they will come ask ,
They think they do free supply's

I totally agree with all the negative reviews. Keep sending outstanding payment lists without checking real time payment clearance and avoid weekly deliveries. With their fault in hand they blame the company and avoid discharging the service, and its WATER my dear friend. It's too bad. May be those who put good reviews about their workplace should think that somethings wrong with their service and there they are enjoying music. Aren't they have a proper leader to guide them??

Very poor service, it's very difficult to get through their hotline and general numbers.
Customer service is unacceptable. We paid for extra bottles as we kept running out of water and it was never delivered.
Delivery is never on time and at times we would go without water for over a week.
Even though we complain to the managers, nothing is resolved.

Very poor service. Delivery is inconsistent and not dependable at all. Staff is not bothered to attend customer issues and does not respond. Cannot be reached out side the office hours . I Do not recommend for anyone.

Very inconsistent delivery days and times. When higher official was contacted, he only helped once or twice. Yesterday he claimed that the delivery inconsistencies are due to overwhelming demand. Yesterday was the due date, but he too was unable to help this time.
Very often, water bottles leak through the seal. One leaked from the lower part of the bottle. Luckily noticed before delivery van left. Therefore the quality too is questionable. Initially (couple of years ago) the service was somewhat acceptable. But at present a very disappointing state of affairs.response / report this review -

quality of water is good. but delivery service is poor. if first attempt to deliver is missed you won't have water until the following weeks delivery day. delivery day is also not consistent. calling the account manager/ help line is of no use when this happens. i've had to personally visit the distribution center to pickup the bottles, which i'm not happy about. i was with american water before aquafresh. they deliver the next day after calling the hotline. you guys need to adapt this strategy to keep clients from being inconvenienced. also the delivery guys need to call the client when there's a delay answering the gate/ doorbell rather than just leaving. other than that, i'm happy with the product as they don't use reverse osmosis which leaves the trace minerals intact.
