Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience due to not very familiar with those locations. Since 2013 I live in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and working with Pizza Hut Canada as a Restaurant General Manager ( FDC R31160 ).

I am very impressed with the service given by the Pizza Hut - Panadura and Swarapola Sri Lanka locations as an Employee of the same International chain of restaurant.

The Swarapola Store Management contacted my sister, who lives in JKH Scheme, Pinwatta, Panadura. They informed her that they could ask the Call center to transfer the order to Panadura, Sri Lanka Location.
As promised, In coordinate with the Management from both Stores and the Call center, the Staff sorted everything out very efficiently and promptly. And she had received the Pizza, ten minutes before the time which I requested.
I saw the Pizza thru the Whatsapp, and it has made very beautifully with good enough cheese and toppings. My sister informed me that great in taste and when receiving the Pizza was very hot as well. Thanks a lot for your excellent service.

The place needs more parking space and more seating for visitors. Also on the day I visited the main person who was handling pizza delivery was shouting at his co-workers and since this area was very close to the counter, it was visible to all the customers which was definitely not a pleasant experience.

This place has some cool music and good customer service. It took around 10-15 min to deliver pizza in all the times I got there. Nice seating arrangement and A/C is also available

Just by the side of the main road, heart of he town. Easy to find and reasonably well spaced.
Quick & friendly service. It took only 15 odd mins to get the order on the table!
We had a great time there.

Man, I love their lasagna! That's the only reason I go for a pizza hut. Service was great, my lasagna took about 10 minutes to get to my plate 😃

This Pizza Hut outlet is located in a busy location in Panadura. The biggest issue here is the parking during the peak hours. There is a small parking area and if you drive 200 meters towards Odel, you would find a private park.

The dining area is little bit packed. The staff is very friendly and restroom is clean. Better order in advance and come.

Excellent environment for a quick bite or a group hangout. The service is very good and fast. Have a considerable amount of seating space. The staff is also very friendly and helpful to even organize a small party. Even though this place is situated at the heart of Panadura city, the inside is quiet and calm.

Good service and the place is located in a convenient location. I liked the extension this establishment has added using large glass windows with great air conditioning--very comfortable. As Pizza Hut in Sri Lanka had brought back better-quality pizzas, food here was great too.
