Great rooms and centrally located! Super view of Mediterranean Sea

Hell of a bad experience. Small size restaurant. No free parking as they claim. Not easy going staff or manager. Sea view is perfect. Other back rooms facing a noisy car park. They will try to put you in back room first unless you show loudly that you’re upset. When the girl that I complained to said that she’ll call me in 5 minuets. She didn’t and left the hotel!!!!
The ROTANA chain generally is not as professional as other international chains.response / report this review -

I really hesitated between 5 and 4 stars. The hotel staff try their very best to accommodate their guests to feel welcome and valued, the rooms are spacious and very clean, beds comfortable. The 4 star rating finally prevailed due to poor internet connection (expect a cut-off early evening before check-out, low speed, upgrade not working), a bit of noise (a very busy street in front of the hotel, even at the 16th floor still little disturbing), the air conditioning working in a weird way, the breakfast lounge too small to accommodate all guests in the typical rush hour. However, the sea view is breathtaking, great restaurants just across the street, the impressive Raouche rocks worth to see and a sea-side walk relaxing and refreshing, I was lucky enough to have some 2-3 hours to walk around and enjoyed it a lot, truly mesmerised by the sea and the concrete blocks on the shore, they looked like characters from Star Wars. I won't hesitate to come again.

They claim to be a 4star property but the experience is definitely not so. The location of the hotel is great though with views of the sea and lined by the corniche.

I booked a room with view through Expedia, but the receptionist refused to give me that, he said my reservation does not allow me that although mine clearly states "room with view"! I feel very dissatisfied and disappointed because the room faces a dumpster and a parking lot with a very high window setting. "Free parking" is falsely advertised, I was asked to pay $10 + valet tip for every time parked at the facility. This was my first time at Rotana hotel but probably the last. I was refused a refund when I asked for it, but I will dispute the payment with my bank once I get back to the US!

An amazing hotel , the stuff is very kind , services are the best, foods are delicious, the room is comfortable and there are a smoking as well , near the beach also, near to Al hamra st. very good location. In general I would recommended for the visitors and I will reserve a gain in this hotel if I will come back to Beirut😳

I Didnt like this hotel at all , service was bad , sheets were smelly , sometimes we leave the hotel for a full day and come back to find our room is not cleaned yet , other than the amazing view for the rouche , i dont think i will be going there again
