I love coming to crowne plaza: very good locations; great view (if ur lucky with room number), friendly people, good food. I just wish they could renew bathrooms, they are clean but kind of old and rusty. Taxi service is nice too, nice pool and gym.

The staff are very professional and friendly. Chef Hassan at the Restaurant is exceptional. They quickly make you feel at home.

Good hotel, well located in the Hamra area. Actually right on Hamra street.

The surrounding is hip, lively, and has many choices for for shopping, eating out, food delivery. There an arcade gaming center which offers a good options for kids on a rainy or windy days.

The staff are really helpful, there is a free parking which is a necessity in Beirut. It's in hamra thé constant heart of Beirut, where you can find anything you want , whenever you want even in the middle of the night

I found Crowne Plaza Beirut – CPB - of a coincidence or let sat say on recommendation of a woman in Beirut and I didn’t get dissatisfied.

First thing as I noticed then I entered the hotel was the security facilities, the second was energy saving solutions with led-lamps in the hallways connected with motion detectors. The third, the kettle and the coffee together with the view over Beirut. Then I could relax after my first 22 busy hours in Beirut without luggage – it came later!

The next experience was breakfastbuffe and Chef Hassan delicious omelets and thin bread with chess and yoghurt's on demand.
Sunday 12 November I maybe chocked some people – staff/guests - then I arrived late to breakfast in joggingclothes and green beard, but I was hungry after Beirut Marathon.
One of the waiters in the restaurant asked me if my coffee was hot enough, me who are used with lukewarm coffee during work – I felt well with those questions.
The woman who work in the Lobby, with her good sense of humour and pleasant attitude – I liked her.
Actually, all of the staff made my visit to something unforgettable in combination with the the cozy room, gym, the rooftop pool/bar, the location in Hamra and the city of Beirut is a good reason to come back.
I even can believe that my 1600 visitors on TWITTER – during my week in Beirut - want something new next year, so now I working to find improvements. Improvements as it’s possible to implement in Beirut so I can have at least 3200 visitors during a week in Beirut next year.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Took a sea view room on 14th floor. The sea is far but you can get a glimpse. Excellent location on Hamra Street. The staff we helpful. There is a good selection of restaurants at the ground floor independent from the hotel. Parking available in the basements. In general it was a quiet and easy stay. Two things need more attention from the hotel. Old towels need to be changed and corridors need to be hoovered. The pool needs maintenance.
